Mrs. Anderson’s non-stick spring form pan with smooth base is ideal for baking creamy cheesecakes, flourless cake and other delicate confections without them sticking. Crafted from 0.4 mm thick professional quality carbon steel with premium quick release, non-stick coating that’s PFOA-free, FDA and European LFGB approved for added food safety. Heat is distributed evenly for uniform baking, from sides to the center. Specially designed as a two piece ensemble, the interlocking band hugs the base to form the sides of the pan and prevent leaks during the baking process. Once the cake is done and cooled, it’s easy to spring the sides open with just a flick of the latch fastener and release the base. Simply lift the expanded band from around the base and the confection inside. Baked goods remain on the base for easy serving. Mrs. Anderson’s non-stick spring form pan with a smooth base is ideal for making delicate confections, flourless chocolate cake, tortes, creamy cheesecakes and more.
